The CCVS certification is for professional qualified videographers who have attained the skills and knowledge of legal requirements to perform all types of legal videography which will be accepted as evidence in a court of law.
CCVS's are educated in the requirements of Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and understanding there are certain things which cannot be included in legal video evidence that will be introduced into a trial. SoCal Legal VIdeos are dedicated professional legal videographers (also known as a forensic videographer or court videographer) in all aspects of visual evidence, including the preparation of the evidence so that it cannot be impeached (prevented from being shown) and in the proper methods of presenting the evidence in the courtroom.
